How to Add a Brand to Your Multi-Brand Account

If you're a Bottlebooks Importer who wants to add a new winery to your account, there's an easy to achieve that, when the producer doesn't already have a Bottlebooks profile.

If the winery you wish to add to your Multi-Brand account already exists in Bottlebooks, then they need to be added by us. Please reach out to us at support@bottlebooks.me.

You can create a new winery profile and simultaneously add it to your account by simply going through the motions of adding a new product to your Portfolio:

Go to Portfolio.
On the top right corner, click on Add Product.

Under the field Who is the brand or producer?, write the name of the new brand.
Since the name won't appear, click on My producer is not in this list.

Tick the box stating that you own the brand. This is what will ensure that the new profile is linked to your Multi-Brand.
Click Save & Continue.

At this point, you can close the window and interrupt the process, since the brand profile will have been effectively created and linked to your account.
