How to Manage Users/Editors in a Single Account
Having multiple people access and manage a business profile is something that Bottlebooks allows you to do without the need to share your login information.
You can smoothly grant your team members access to the account on your Brand Settings, as well as assign them the level of clearance you feel the most comfortable with.
Types of Users
Bottlebooks has 4 different roles to which you can assign your team mates:
Owner:
- Person who will receive e-mail communications.
- Manages data and users.
Manager:
- Manages data and users.
Editor:
- Only manages data.
Read-only users:
- They cannot edit information, only download and share.

- On your Brand Settings page, click Add user.
- You will then be able to enter the new user's e-mail and select the role you wish to assign them.

- The new user will receive an e-mail notification stating that they can now access the business profile.
How to Remove a User or Change their Role
- Click here or, on the top right corner, click on your account logo.
- Then, select My team members.
- Find the user you'd like to remove, click on the dots and then click on Remove.
You can also select a new role for them here.

How to Change the Owner

- Then, select My team members.
- Find the user you'd like to make owner, click on the three dots and then click on Make Owner.

When a Team Member Leaves
When someone leaves your organization, make sure to remove their access from your account. If you'd like to transfer ownership to another team member, use the Make Owner option before removing the departing user. You can then remove the former team member using the Remove button next to their email in your Brand Settings.
