How to Update Your Credit Card Information
Making sure your credit card information is up to date is easy and quick and will prevent future complications.
You’ll find the option in your settings. Here’s how to get there:
- On the top right corner, click on your account logo.
- Then, select Account. You can also go directly here.
- Click on Open billing console.

- Click on the "edit" icon and proceed with updating your credit card information.

Payment Not Working?
If your payment fails or your subscription expires due to a failed charge, here are a few things to check:
- Expired card: If your card is expired, you'll need to add a new payment method in the billing console (see steps above).
- Adding a payment method doesn't open a form: Try a different browser or clear your cache. If the issue persists, contact support.
- Subscription expired after a failed payment: Go to E-Labels, click on Account in the bottom left, then select your plan to re-subscribe. You can reuse any discount code from your previous checkout.
- Payment accepted but an error occurred: If your payment was charged but you received an error message, contact support — the subscription can be activated manually.
- Payment registered incorrectly: If you were charged but your subscription is not active, contact support to have it resolved.
If online payment is not possible, contact support to arrange an alternative payment method.
