How to Reset Your Password

If you're trying to enter your Bottlebooks account and can't remember your password, here's what you can do:

1. Click here or enter the email associated with your Bottlebooks account on the Let's start! page and then click on Forgot Password?

2. Click on Get Reset Link.

3. You will receive an e-mail with a link on the address you entered - open it (check your SPAM folder in case you don't receive it). This will get you taken back to Bottlebooks. If you still don't receive the email or cannot reset the password yourself, contact support — a team member can manually reset your password or verify your account on their end.
4. You can now enter your new password and click on Change Password once you're satisfied.
5. Enter the email and new password again to login.
