How to Create a New Vintage

Bottlebooks does not allow you to edit the vintage because each vintage must be a distinct product entry, to avoid data mismatch.

When you need a different vintage, you need to create a different product. Bottlebooks takes into account that different vintages still have similar data, so we make it easy for you to create a new vintage.


  1. In your Portfolio, find the outdated vintage and select the product.

  1. Click on Duplicate.
  2. On the drop-down menu, select the new vintage to be created.



  1. Click on Duplicate.
  2. The product will be duplicated, with the new vintage. You can review the data and edit anything that is not preserved from the previous vintage.
