Entering Contacts in Your Registration

As part of your registration on Bottlebooks - for an event or for a collection -, you may be asked to provide contact details.

Adding these contacts will inform organizers and partners about who is responsible for your brand, who will attend the event, and whether your brand has distribution in place.


Whether or not you're asked to fill in contact information - and what specific details are required - depends entirely on how the organizer has configured the registration.



Add Your Primary Contact(s)


Primary contacts are the main point of contact on your side.

  1. Access your Event or Collection registration in Bottlebooks.
  2. Go to Contacts, on the left-hand menu.



  1. Click on Add Contact.



  1. If you’ve previously used Bottlebooks with this organizer, existing contacts will appear. Tick the box for the ones you'd like to reuse and then click on Confirm Selection, if you don't wish to add any new contacts.


To create a new contact, click on Add, on the top right corner, fill in all the required details and click Save.



  1. Once you've selected all your desired contacts, click on Confirm Selection.


Add Your Attending and Distribution Contacts


This is only relevant for events.


Attending Contacts are the individuals who will physically attend the event. These are critical for exhibitor badges, chatting and booking meetings.


If the Distribution Contacts section is enabled in your registration, you’ll be asked to specify your distribution status:

  • For your own brand, indicate whether or not you're looking for an importer/agent. If you already have one, provide their contacts.
  • If you're representing other brands, enter their distribution details as well.
  • If you're a local agent or importer, you can also state that.


  1. Access your Event or Collection registration in Bottlebooks.
  2. Go to Contacts, on the left-hand menu.

If either of the contacts mentioned above are being requested by your organizer, they will both appear under Primary Contacts.




For Attending Contacts
  1. Click on Add Contact.



  1. If you’ve previously used Bottlebooks with this organizer, existing contacts will appear. Tick the box for the ones you'd like to reuse and then click on Confirm Selection, if you don't wish to add any new contacts.


To create a new contact, click on Add, on the top right corner, fill in all the required details and click Save.



  1. Once you've selected all your desired contacts, click on Confirm Selection.


For Distribution Contacts
  1. Select you distribution status.


  1. If you are asked to provide a contact, click on Add Contact.



  1. If you’ve previously used Bottlebooks with this organizer, existing contacts will appear. Tick the box for the ones you'd like to reuse and then click on Confirm Selection, if you don't wish to add any new contacts.


To create a new contact, click on Add, on the top right corner, fill in all the required details and click Save.


  1. Once you've selected all your desired contacts, click on Confirm Selection.


Your partner or organizer might decide to include custom questions on the Contacts section - this means that you may be asked to fill in other types of contacts.
