Alternate Profiles in Event Registrations

This article is applicable for events only. The feature is only available for certain events.

When registering for an event, you may see the option to use an alternate profile.

An alternate profile allows you to register under a different name, logo, description, address or phone number than your main profile, without having to create a completely new brand.

This can be useful if:

Your company operates from more than one address (for example, a California and a UK address)
You need to adapt your profile for a specific event without changing your main brand information

Here's how to enable it:

Access your Event or Collection registration in Bottlebooks.
Go to Profile, on the left-hand menu.

Scroll down to the bottom of the form.
If the option is available for your event, you’ll see Alternate Profile, with a toggle to enable it.
Enable the toggle to switch on the alternate profile.

You can then edit the following fields:

Name
Logo
Description
Address
Phone number

Only the fields above will change when using an alternate profile. Your main profile information will remain the same.

If the Alternate Profile is enabled, you should see the following message:
