Track Your E-label Versions and Changes

Every time you save or update an E-Label, Bottlebooks will record who made the changes, when, and a note by the user.

You can review, preview, and even re-publish an older version.


If multiple people are editing your E-Labels, we recommend adding them as users to keep version tracking accurate. Please refer to How to Manage Users/Editors in a Single Account for more details on this.


To view or restore previous versions:

  1. Login to your Bottlebooks account and open the E-Labels page.



  1. Open the E-Label whose versions you wish to see.
  2. Click on Edit e-label.



  1. Click on Versions, on the top right corner.



  1. Scroll through past versions. Use the Preview option or choose to Re-publish one.


Re-publishing an E-Label will effectively replace the currently published version.
