Registering for a Product Based Request

If you have been requested to respond to a Product Based Request, then you will be registering products that are already pre-listed.

1. Access your registration, either via e-mail ou through your dashboard.
2. Click Start Registration to begin.

Follow your progress through the menu on the left.

3. In the Profile section, enter your company's details.
4. Click Continue, on the bottom right corner.
5. In the Products section, you will find a list of the requested products.
6. Bring each product to a Matched state.

This means the name, vintage, and EAN code have been successfully linked to an existing product in Bottlebooks.

• If a product is matched, you'll see a green Matched label.
• If you see a Match Product button, click it to search for a match.
• If no match is found, you’ll need to create a new product.

If you see your vintage as 'incomplete' and wish to add more information, you can do so by clicking on the vintage name in blue.
