Bottlebooks allows you to attach a technical sheet (info sheet, fiche produit, fiche technique) to each of your products. You can either upload a static PDF you’ve already designed, or request a custom template that automatically updates with live information from your Bottlebooks portfolio.

Do you already have a custom design for a technical sheet?

You can upload any static PDF directly to the Bottlebooks Portfolio and attach it to your product.

To do this:

1. Go to your portfolio.
2. Click on the product you want to update.
3. Select Add info sheet.
4. Choose to either upload your file or link to an external sheet.

Would you like to setup a custom live template?

Bottlebooks offers a custom template service, that allows you to recreate your technical sheet design as a dynamic layout, populated with your latest product data.

1. Reach out to us at support@bottlebooks.me for a budget and to let us know you want the template.
2. We’ll first need a few details from you:

• Do you have other sheets we can look at to compare formatting?
• What fonts are you using?
• Do you have original design files (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign)?
• Do you always use the label and not Bottlebooks shots?

3. Our team will work with you to create the layout.
4. Once approved, we’ll implement it into Bottlebooks.
5. You’ll then have a chance to review and request any final adjustments.
