How to Export Data and Reports from Events and Collections

As an event or request organizer, you can easily access and export the data collected through Bottlebooks, from product details to performance reports.

1. On the Requests & Events page, open the relevant event or collection.
2. Go to Exports, on the left-hand side bar.

You'll find:

• Default exports: Download all submitted information and images from participants.

• Reports: Scroll further down to access insights about submission progress and participation.

• Advanced reports: These include more detailed breakdowns.
