Sending Targeted Messages to Exhibitors or Suppliers
After setting up your event or collection and adding your exhibitors or suppliers, you'll need to communicate with them efficiently, for example to remind them to complete their registration, request updates, or share important information.
To help you with that, Bottlebooks allows you to send messages directly from the platform, targeting specific registrations or contacts.

Sending a Registration Notification Message
To a Targeted Group
According to Registration Status
You can easily send a notification targeting a group of partners, according to their registration status. The available options are:
- All — every registration in the collection
- Completed — registrations already completed
- In Progress — registrations that have been started
- Not Started — registrations that have not yet been opened
- Organizer Reviewed — registrations reviewed by the organizer
- Requested Updates — registrations where updates were requested
- Open your registration, on the Partners page.
- Click on Message.

This opens the email editor, where you can select the recipients and compose your message.
- In the To field, you can define who should receive the email.

- Once you're happy with your message, click Send.
Example:
If you wish to contact only those exhibitors or suppliers who have not yet begun their registration, select Not Started on the menu and then send your targeted message.
According to Types of Contacts
You can easily send a notification targeting a group of partners, according to the type of contact you want to reach out to. These may include:
- Notification contacts
- Primary contacts
- Attending contacts
- Distribution contacts
- Open your registration.
- Click on Emails.

This opens the emails tab, where you can see and manage the emails you've previously sent.
- Click on New Email.

- In the To field, you can define who should receive the email.

- Once you're happy with your message, click Send.
To One or More Specific Partners
If you'd like to send a message to one or more specific exhibitors or suppliers, you can do it one of 2 ways:
Select by registration
- Open your event or collection, on the Partners page.
- Select the exhibitor(s) or supplier(s) you'd like to contact.
- Click on Message.

- Write your message and then click Preview to see how it will appear to the exhibitors or suppliers.
- Once you're satisfied, click Send.

Write E-Mail Addresses in the To Field
In both formats seen above, you can manually write an e-mail address in the To field.
You can do this on top of selecting a group, or use only e-mail addresses typed out by you.
