How to Create and Share Product Lists

You can use product lists to group, organize and share selected items from your portfolio. It's a great tool to reach out for when you need to send tailored selections to clients or colleagues.



  1. Login to your Bottlebooks account and open the Portfolio page.


  1. Tick the products you want to include in your list.


  1. Now, you can:


Create and Save Your List
  1. Click on the three dots, on the top right corner.
  2. Click on Save as list.


  1. You'll be prompted to name your list and optionally add a description.
  2. Click on Create List to complete the process.


Add Your Products to an Existing List
  1. Click on the three dots, on the top right corner.
  2. Click on Save as list.

  1. Click on Pick existing product list.


  1. Choose the list you want to add your products to.



  1. Click on Add to List to complete the process.


Share Your List
  1. Click on Share, on the top right corner.



  1. Now you can share your list:
  • via e-mail: enter one or more email addresses and Bottlebooks will send them a link to the list. Click on Share to complete the process.



  • via link: go to COPY LINK and then click on Generate link to create a shareable URL you can paste anywhere.


Manage Existing Lists


You can always access and share the lists you've already created on Bottlebooks.

  1. Open the Lists page.



  1. Click on the list you want to work with or simply click on Share, next to it.


You'll be able to share your list via e-mail or by generating a link.
