How to Change Product Status

In your Portfolio, there are different status that you can mark your product as:
Draft / Active - use the Draft status for when your product's information is not complete yet. Once it is complete, you can change it to Active.
Public / Private - use the Public status if you want your product to be seen by anyone. If you mark your product as Private, it will only be seen by businesses you have shared its information with.
Inactive - use this if the product is no longer available in your own stock. Your partners may still have stock, so it’s important they can still access the product information on their side.
In the same feature, you can also:
Delete permanently - this will effectively delete all records of your product. It is a non-reversible action that will not only delete your product from your Portfolio, but also from your partners'.


The first wine pictured above is still a Draft. The second wine is Active and Private. The third wine is Active and Public. The fourth wine is Inactive.

To change the status of your product:
Go to Portfolio.



Find the product whose status you want to change and click on it.
On the right-hand top menu, click on Mark as.
Choose the new status.
