Validations, Warnings and Guides in the E-label Form

Bottlebooks has over 50 in-form validations, recommendations, warnings and guides that will help you to complete your E-Label.

These validations, recommendations, warnings and guides are not a legal verification or advice. They do not determine if E-Label content in legal or not legal, nor that that fields or information must be completed or must not be completed.


Guides



Help icons (?) are present throughout the form to clarify what each field requires.

Clicking on the ? opens the panel to the right with more information.


Validations



In red text, Bottlebooks will provide you a warning if we think something about the data entered might not be right.


In this case, Bottlebooks thinks that grapes should be above acidity regulators.




Recommendations



Bottlebooks might warn you about an amount entered and recommend a new amount or an action to fix it. Click on the blue text to follow the suggestion.

Here Bottlebooks recommends to declare a negligible.


Free Text



If you manually enter free text (e.g. sustainability statements or consumption messages), translations into other languages must be added manually.



Click Translate whenever you see the indication that only one language has been translated.
Add translations for the other selected languages.
Click Done to save each field.




Publish



Once you're finished, click on Publish, to get your updated version live.
If any required information is missing, there will be a pop-up message to inform you about it.
