Testing Your Event or Collection with a Test Account

When you're done setting up your event or collection and feel ready to make it available to exhibitors or suppliers, we recommend that you first test it to check that everything is working properly and that the user experience matches your expectations.

If you haven't finished setting up your event or collection, make sure to complete it before proceeding. See How to Set Up and Manage an Event or Collection for guidance.

You can verify that your event is fully ready by using a test account.

The Bottlebooks team will create a test account for you. You can request it by contacting us at support@bottlebooks.me.
Then, open your event or collection and click on Add Exhibitor or Add Partner.
Search for your test account and select it.

Go to your request's Settings page, then Overview and make sure your its status is marked as Live.

Switch to your test account.
Scroll to the top right corner and click over your logo or first letter of your brand. Then, click on Switch Business Profile.



Search for or select your test account.



On your Requests & Events page, open the event or collection and start the registration.
