Bottlebooks' online directories exist to make your life easier before, during and after an event - it allows you to explore producers and products, save your favorites, make tasting notes, connect with exhibitors, and manage your meetings, all in one place.

If you haven't already, you'll need to create an account in order to use the directory to its full extent.
Open the directory and, on top right corner, click Login.
Enter your account's credentials.
Before the event:
Use the advanced search to find exhibitors you want to meet and wines and other products you would like to taste.
Click on the bookmark icon to save them to your personalized list.
To find your bookmarks, click over the icon with your profile picture or your initials.
Then, click on Bookmarks (for exhibitors) or My Tasting List (for products) on the left menu.
You can also export your bookmarked items as PDF or Excel. This way:
Prefer to write notes on paper? Print the PDF at home and bring it with you - you'll have plenty of space to add your remarks.
Prefer a digital format? You can use Excel - it has all the key details to assist your tasting.
On the top right corner, click over the icon with your profile picture or your initials.
Then, click Download my tasting booklet.
Afterwards, you'll be able to choose your preferred format and download your tasting booklet.
It's possible for you to to make a quick confidential rating and tasting note on the directory.
Click on the stars, that you'll find below each of the wines you want to rate.
This will open a window, where you'll be able to fill the stars with your rating and write a note.
Press Done to save it.
To find it, click over the icon with your profile picture or your initials and, also on the left menu, go to Ratings.
Your notes will be available only to you and cannot be seen by the organizer or any exhibitors.
If you see Chat or Meet buttons next to exhibitors, like the ones on the image, that means Networking is available for the event you're visiting. To learn about it, go to Networking Through Online Directories.
