Adding or Removing Exhibitors from Your Event

As an organizer or partner, you're able to manage your event or collection's exhibitors.
This includes adding new exhibitors or suppliers and removing ones that no longer apply.

Before managing exhibitors or suppliers, you need to set up and configure your event or collection. See How to Set Up and Manage an Event or Collection for guidance.

Add Exhibitors or Suppliers



If you're not sure about who will be registering for your event or collection, then you're dealing with an Open Collection - which means that anyone can register. To accomplish this, you need to get the registration link and send it to everyone you'd like to invite.

If you already know who will be registering, then here's how to add them to your event or collection:
On your Requests & Events page, open your event.
Click on Add Exhibitor or Add Partner, on Partners.

If you have no exhibitors/partners yet, it will look like this:


Otherwise, it should look like this:



Now, you can choose the option that suits you best.

Add an exhbitor/partner - you will find and add exhibitors manually.
Copy from another project - you can copy the list of exhibitors from other event you've managed.
Import from Excel - if you'd like, it's possible to import an Excel file with a list of exhibitors/partners that must include: exhibitor/partner's name, exhibitor/partner's contact name, contact's e-mail and exhibitor/partner's website. To do this, contact us at support@bottlebooks.me.

If you click Add an exhibitor/partner:

In the search bar, type the domain name.


If the system finds the correct exhibitor/partner, select it and click Continue. Then, insert your exhibitor/partner's contacts and choose Save or Save & add another exhibitor/partner.


If you can't find the correct exhibitor/partner, that means the account doesn't already exist in the Bottlebooks system so you will need to create it. Click Can't find exhibitor/partner.


Then, fill in the company name and select the company type.


Click Continue, insert your exhibitor's contacts and choose Save or Save & add another exhibitor/partner.

If you click Copy from another project:

Select the project you want to copy from.

Choose the best option(s) for you and click Go ahead and copy!.

Remove Exhibitors



To remove an exhibitor from the event:
Open your event.
On Partners, find the exhibitor or supplier and select it.
Click More.

Click Remove.
