Canceling Your E-Labels Subscription

It is important to clearly understand what happens to your E-Labels and QR codes once your E-Labels subscription is canceled.

Even if your E-Labels subscription is canceled, any QR Code that was already created will remain functional:

• Guaranteed to stay online for at least 10 years from the time they were created.
• You can still redirect existing QR codes to another e-label you’ve created.
• You will no longer be able to edit or publish new e-labels after cancellation.

This means that your existing E-Labels will continue to function as long as needed, but you won’t be able to make changes or add new ones unless you renew your subscription.
