Whether you're here to showcase your wines, manage your portfolio, or prepare for an event, setting up your Bottlebooks account is the first step.
Here's how to get started:
Create Your Account(s)
Choose Your Language
Build Your Profile
Add Your Team

Create Your Account(s)

Click here and create an account for each of your brands in Bottlebooks.
Each account is tied to a business profile and its own product portfolio so, if you manage multiple brands and want them to remain distinct, make sure each one has its own account.

Choose Your Language

Bottlebooks is currently available in 7 languages.
You can change between them at anytime, through your Account Settings.

Build Your Profile

Fill out your profile and describe what makes your business unique.
Click here or, on the top right corner, click on your account logo.
Click on Profile.


Click Edit, on the top right corner.
Make sure you fill out contact information, logo and profile picture.

Add Your Team

Invite your colleagues from marketing, events, administration and quality assurance who’ll be working with you in Bottlebooks.
You can add them as owners, superusers, users or read-only users, all with different levels of clearance.

Click here or on your account logo and then Account.
Go to Brand Settings.
