Sending Targeted Messages to Exhibitors or Suppliers
After setting up your event or collection and adding your exhibitors or suppliers, you'll need to communicate with them efficiently.
To help you with that, Bottlebooks allows you to send messages directly from the platform, whether you're sharing important information or reminding them to complete their registration.
If you haven't completed the first steps, then you should do that first. See How to Set Up and Manage an Event or Collection for guidance.
To send a targeted message, follow these steps:
Open your event, on the Partners page.
Click on Message.

On the drop-down menu, select your target audience and, on the textbox, edit your message.
Once you're done, click Preview to see how it will appear to the exhibitors or suppliers.
you're happy with your message, click Send.
Example:
If you wish to contact only those exhibitors or suppliers who have not yet begun their registration, select Not Started on the menu and then send your targeted message.
If you'd like to send a message to one or more specific exhibitors or suppliers:
Open your event or collection, on the Partners page.
Select the exhibitor(s) or supplier(s) you'd like to contact.
Click on Message.

Write your message and then click Preview to see how it will appear to the exhibitors or suppliers.
Once you're satisfied, click Send.

We recommend using this feature at least for reminders, to ensure that all exhibitors or suppliers receive the information.
