# Come esportare i dati come backup

Se desideri un'esportazione completa dei dati delle tue E-Label, Bottlebooks offre un'opzione di backup grezzo che raccoglie tutto in un file Excel per i tuoi archivi.

1. Accedi al tuo account Bottlebooks e vai su [E-Labels](https://elabels.bottlebooks.me/).
2. In basso a sinistra, clicca su **Account**.

3. Nella sezione **Exports** troverai il backup dei dati disponibile per l'esportazione.

4. Clicca su **Export data** per ottenere il file Excel.
