# Shipping: Getting Packing Slips and Receipts

| This is applicable for events only.

Bottlebooks automatically generates your shipping documents, once you have filled in the necessary information during your registration. 
For help with this, please refer to [Shipping: Filling in Your Shipping Information](https://support.bottlebooks.me/en/article/shipping-filling-in-your-shipping-information-1l82gzz/).

After you've completed your registration, you will receive an e-mail, with the option to download shipping documents.

You can, however, access and download them through the **Overview** of your registration.
Skip ahead [for Event Groups](#6-for-event-groups).

Here's how to download your shipping documents afterwards:

1. Go to **Requests & Events**.
2. Locate the correct event and click on it.

3. On the **Overview** page, find **DOWNLOADS**.

4. Click on **Shipping labels** and it will open the PDF document.
5. Download the document.

###### For Event Groups
1. Go to **Requests & Events**.
2. Locate the event group.
3. Click on it.

4. If you haven't already, you need to finalize your registrations. **Click on Finalize & submit registrations**.

5. Click on the documents you want to download to initiate the process.
