The steps to follow will vary slightly according to: * [If you're an importer, agent, multi-brand producer, multi-brand winery, association, distributor or retailer](#1-for-multi-brand-producers). * [If you're a winery, with only one brand](#1-for-single-brand-wineries). # For Multi-Brand Producers There are 2 paths you could follow: * [Add one product at a time, manually](#6-add-an-individual-product). * [Add products from your portfolio](#3-add-from-your-portfolio). ### Add an Individual Product 1. Access your Event or Collection registration in Bottlebooks. 2. If you’d like the producer to complete their information directly, tick the checkbox and provide a contact email. If you fail to complete a required field, it will be flagged in red. 5. On the **Product** page, type your product's name. ###### If it appears Click on it. Then, select the vintage. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/4/c/6/c/4c6c4ee4049c1800/screenshot-2025-05-20-at-16353_1p91j5x.png =650x432) Vintages with ***** have already been entered into Bottlebooks. * If the product's vintage hasn't been added, select the new vintage and tick the checkbox, so that Bottlebooks will automatically import all the information from the previous vintage. Fill in the required fields before proceeding - if you don't, they will be highlighted in red. All the optional fields are clearly marked. You can always return to this section later if you want to add or update more information. 7. Click on **Save & Close**. 8. Your product has been added! ### Add From Your Portfolio If you maintain a portfolio in Bottlebooks, you can copy products directly. 1. Access your Event or Collection registration in Bottlebooks. 2. Click **Done** and your products will be added to the registration. | After the products are added, complete any products still listed as incomplete, by clicking on the name of the products. # For Single-Brand Wineries There are 2 paths you could follow: * [Add one product at a time, manually](#3-add-an-individual-product). * [Add products from your portfolio](#3-add-from-your-portfolio). ### Add an Individual Product 1.
