# How to Update Your Online Directory

It may occur that the data presented on the preview of your Online Directory isn't up to date. In such cases, you need to manually refresh it.
It is a simple and quick process.

1. Go to your Online Directory's preview.

2. On the top right corner, click on the 3 dots.
3. Then, click on **Refresh all website data**.

4. Your preview will be updated and you should be able to see the most recent version of your Online Directory.

| Note: After saving your changes, the preview may take some time to reflect updates - this is normal. If the preview still shows outdated content after several hours, please contact support.
